Expert in the implementation of online education programs in the field of combating corruption and the role of civil society in the anti-corruption reforms.

Since 2019 Anush Hakobyan works as a lawyer at TIAC. She is responsible for studying public policy, including laws and bills and making data analysis, as well as developing of expert legislative recommendations for public reforms in required areas.

Armen Khudaverdyan is specializing in public administration, including developing and implementing territorial administration, local government and public service reforms and anticorruption policy; drafting and introducing integrity systems; writing professional, operational and analytical reports; academic work and teaching, as well as excellent skills in project management and evaluation. Prior to joining TIAC, Armen was the Deputy Chairman of the Commission on Ethics of High-Ranking Officials of Armenia. He held senior positions in RA Government staff; RA Ministries of Territorial Administration and Economy; headed the Secretariat of the Reform Commission of the State Government System; coordinated the work of reform working groups; acted as an expert in a number of reputable international organizations’ public administration reform projects.

Open Governance Direction Head

Davit Maisuradze is the Head of Open Governance Direction at IDFI. He is the manager of the Project on Development of Educational Certification Program in Fighting Corruption and coordinates the Project on Promoting Open Governance Principles at the Parliament of Georgia and Supreme Council of Ajara (SCA) (the project is part of a broader initiative of the EU-UNDP project – “Consolidating Parliamentary Democracy in Georgia”).
