Tereza Khechoyan
Tereza Khechoyan is the Vice-rector for International Relations at the Public Administration Academy of the Republic of Armenia (PAARA). At the same time she is an Associate Professor of the Chair of Public Administration at PAARA and is specialized in teaching of Economics, Cost-Benefit Analysis, Innovation and Investment Management to Master’s Program students and Time Management to civil servants (in English and Armenian).
