Khachik Harutyunyan

Since 2013 Khachik Harutyunyan is an expert of TIAC. During his work, he contributed to the assessment of the national integrity system of Armenia and the development of state corruption reports, civil society shadow reports for OECD’s Istanbul Anti-Corruption Action Plans, etc.

Armen Khudaverdyan

Armen Khudaverdyan

Armen Khudaverdyan is specializing in public administration, including developing and implementing territorial administration, local government and public service reforms and anticorruption policy; drafting and introducing integrity systems; writing professional, operational and analytical reports; academic work and teaching, as well as excellent skills in project management and evaluation. Prior to joining TIAC, Armen was the Deputy Chairman of the Commission on Ethics of High-Ranking Officials of Armenia. He held senior positions in RA Government staff; RA Ministries of Territorial Administration and Economy; headed the Secretariat of the Reform Commission of the State Government System; coordinated the work of reform working groups; acted as an expert in a number of reputable international organizations’ public administration reform projects.
